In the current health care environment, there is pressure upon hospitals to discharge patients as early as possible.   Even after initial physical therapy, your overall sense of stability and strength may have been reduced during your hospital stay, and you may need some Home Recovery time before you’re back to your normal state of strength and health.

In these situations, a little extra help while in the hospital or few days of home care can be just what you need to get “back on your feet.” Whatever you need, we will be there to help ensure your optimal recovery after hospitalization.

We have created several Packages for Short Term Care.  The length of any Package may be extended at our standard rates with a four hour minimum.  Each Package is to be used on a per episode basis. Packages must be purchased in advance and unused portions are not refundable.

Assistance from Hospital, Other Facility or to/from Physician’s Office - $90

Up to 4 hours of assistance. Includes all mileage up to 50 miles.  Additional hours available at our standard rates.

• Transportation home from the hospital or facility’s office or to/from a medical appointment
• Drive to pick up medication, groceries, etc. on the way home
• Purchases (medications, groceries, etc.) made on behalf of client will be billed
• Escort into the home and help the client get settled
• Provide comforts (meal, beverage, medication reminder, arrange bed, etc.) prior to leaving

Out-Patient Procedure Assistance - $180

Up to 8 hours of assistance in one eight hour block. Includes all mileage up to 50 miles. Additional hours available at our standard rates.

• Transportation to and from the outpatient procedure
• Drive to pick up medication, groceries, and other errands
• Purchases (medications, groceries, etc.) made on behalf of client will be billed
• Provide supervision and assistance up to 4 hours post-procedure

In-Hospital Assistance, Hospital Sitter Service - $355

Up to 16 hours in eight hour blocks. Hours may be extended as needed at standard rates.

• Personal Attendant for companionship and supervision in the hospital
• Communication by Home Care Coordinator with family members who are not able to be present
• Home Care Coordinator care management services included to assist with discharge planning

Complete Hospital & Home Assistance - $1,450

Up to 72 hours of assistance – For example: three eight hour days in the hospital and two 24-hour days of 
recovery at home, or alternatively, three 24-hour recovery days at home.   Includes professional care management services of  a Home Care Coordinator to assist with discharge planning and assist you once you return home.  Additional hours available at our standard rates.
