Choosing a Home Care Agency is a big decision. You are relying upon the professionalism and competency of the management team to provide the proper supervision of a well trained and compassionate Attendant.

• Does the agency have a management team able to respond quickly to problems and have a supervisor available to be in your home 24 hours per day, 7 days per week? We do.
• Does the agency have systems in place for handling expenses so that Mom’s credit cards and cash do not need to be handled by Attendants? We do.
• Does the agency provide 7 days of paid training before the Attendant is placed in the home? We do.
• Does the agency include with their Personal Attendant services professional Geriatric Care Management Services at no additional charge?  We do.
• Does the agency have many years of respected and reputable service in the community? We do.

It is well worth some homework on your part to ensure you select the right home care agency.
