The job of Staffing Coordinator requires a unique combination of personality and office skills. Our fulltime Staffing Coordinators fill the bill for us perfectly. If you are using the services of our agency, you will have the pleasure of meeting them over the phone.
The one line description of their job is to ensure that the right Personal Attendant gets to the right Client with the right Information and on time. While this may sound simple, the Staffing Coordinators must be masters of maintaining a constant overview of the always-shifting seascape of our staff and our clients. Everything from the fact that Mrs. K.’s schedule this week will have one extra day, to Mrs. H. needing to change her normal hair appointment because it conflicts with her new doctor’s appointment, and so the Personal Attendant must get there an hour earlier on Monday.
When we get a call from the hospital to provide a live-in Attendant who drives, and to have the Attendant at the hospital within two hours, they leave no stone unturned to find the right Attendant. And virtually every time, they do!
We provide staffing 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, and we are almost always spot-on with punctuality and efficiency. After normal business hours, our Staffing Coordinators continue to assure that urgent needs are met. We communicate with each other constantly to keep our commitment to you… getting the right Personal Attendant for you, to your home, on time.
