Our Executive Team  works closely on a daily basis with our Home Care Coordinators, Staffing Coordinators, and Personal Attendants, serving as a daily promoter and reminder of our Care Philosophy and Standards of Excellence.

• Our Care Philosophy and Standards of Excellence are communicated to every manager and supervisor and Personal Attendant through the initial training and orientation, and then as a normal part of daily operations.
• Our Care Philosophy and Standards of Excellence are communicated daily to our Personal Attendants in the home through the supervision of our Home Care Coordinator geriatric care managers and the consistent application of our policies and procedures.
• There is constant feedback up the chain from the Home Care Coordinators to the Executive level, both on an as needed basis and through weekly case conference meetings among the managers.
• There are weekly Executive meetings, where issues reported by the Home Care Coordinators are concretely discussed and mediated.

In short, CCSS, Inc. has an organizational culture emphasizing excellence, and there are systems in place that actualize excellence in the day-to-day operations, with ongoing communication between the Executive team and Home Care Coordinators to the in-home Personal Attendants actually providing care.
